When I shared rice and quinoa together in one of my thali posts, I got few DMs about the ratio, cooking method etc. so decided to do a small reel. Nothing special… I add equal amount of rice and quinoa and add double the measure of water. Here I have added 1/2 cup white rice, 1/3 cup quinoa and 2 cups of water.
