Almost anyone can make these 14p protein breakfast bars, you don't need an oven, hob or even a microwave. Just a cup of boiling water and 3 basic ingredients: Ingredients 1 cup of dates 1 cup of peanut butter 3 cups of oats (I upped this, so it is slightly higher than stated in the post) Optional Extras (choose up to 2) 50g dried fruit 2 tbsp Seeds 50g chopped nuts 50g chocolate chips Method Chop the dates into a bowl and cover with half a cup of boiling water. Leave to soft for 5 - 10 minutes.
