The California Department of Motor Vehicles said it identified anomalies with its knowledge test results, and has notified about 11,000 people they will need to retake the test within 30 days.

Imagine passing the test to obtain a driving license, and then you receive a letter stating that you need to retake the written test or else you will lose your license.
